The Vinification
A Pure Wine - No Chemicals - No Additives
 

The vinification is strictly traditional and is supervised by Henri Boyer, considered one of the most brilliant young œnologues in Bordeaux.

Great importance is placed on the usage of the finest yeast, long cuvasion, collage with natural egg white and a minimum of filtration. Importantly, Mille Anges in making its own wine, only uses the grapes grown in its own vineyard and only the cuves approved by the œnologue are bottled under the name of "Mille Anges."

The wine produced by Mille Anges is matured in oak barrels of which 33% are replaced by new oak barrels each year.
