The Vinification
A Pure Wine - No Chemicals - No Additives

angel-leftangel-rightThe vinification is strictly traditional and is done by our Maître de Chai, Caroline Fleur who is supervised by Mr. Thomas Duclos of the famous house of Giles Pauquet of St. Emilion, who are also the consultant oenologues to "Chateau Cheval Blanc", Chateau Figeac , and many other Grand Cru Classe chateaux in St. Emilion.

barrelsGreat importance is placed on the usage of the finest yeast, long cuvasion and a minimum of filtration. Importantly, Mille Anges in making its own wine, only uses the grapes grown in its own vineyard and only the cuves approved by the œnologue are bottled under the name of "Mille Anges."

The wine produced by Mille Anges is matured in oak barrels of which 33% are replaced by new oak barrels each year.
