The vinification is taken care of by our highly qualified Maitre de Chai, Caroline Fleur under the expert supervision of Thomas Duclos of the house of Giles Pauquet in St Emilion.
We are very proud of Caroline's achievements in the past few years, as she shares our passion of producing a truly remarkable wine. Caroline was brought up in the wine business being the daughter of the owner of the well known wine house "Les Celliers du Prieuré". Her academic training took place at the Ecole Superieur d' Agriculture d' Angers from which she holds a degree as Agricultural Engineer. She obtained her degree as Oenologue from the faculty of Bordeaux of the same school. Caroline did some of her training at such Bordeaux Châteaux as
Château Mouton Rothschild, Château Palmer, Château Clerc Milon and Château d' Armailhac.
