DEGUSTATION

Cru/Vintage
2002

Tasting notes: May 6, 2005

Intense ruby colour. The nose is complex and of great class. Very fruity and delicately smoky. In the mouth the wine is fresh and elegant. The tannins are starting to mellow. This milliseme begins to be interesting to drink but will be better in one or two years.

Colour deep ruby or garnet. Nose complex and harmonious, notes of red fruit, licorice and eucalyptus which gives the wine a touch of freshness. In the mouth the wine is fruity, mineral with round tannins and excellent balance. The finish is round and elegant.

Beautiful dark purple colour. The nose reflects the complexity and concentration. The fruit is immediately apparent and very pure. One finds a combination of black berries, raspberries with a touch of licorice and roasted almonds. In the mouth, the wine is full and voluptuous with a nice tannic structure. The tannins are powerful and ripe with a nice liveliness. The wine has a long and balanced finish. While the wine can be drunk today, it is also a wonderful wine for cellaring.
